So, do you think that Jack is going to die?!?! I'm really worried...
I like all the characters but the guys behind them not so much.
James Bond is the man. At least when Sean was playing him. Cheers Kat!!
Oh geeze......
Decisions, decisions, decisions....
Can I just listen to Sean Connery and call it good to go?
*sigh*
I love Jason Bourne. I prefer Jason to James, although when it comes to Bond, Sean Connery is IT. He IS James Bond.
I love that you used Sean Connery for James Bond and not one of the other "guys". To me, Sean will always be James Bond - always!
If that is my James Bond choice, then I'll have to go with Jason Bourne!
okay guys...
ignore the actors...
doesn't it strike you that all three of these Characters have the initials J and B ?? Isn't that just a little interesting to you?
besides...I was asking which one of the CHARACTERS is your fave?
I so need to be more clear....
It would come down to James or Jack for me...James would not survive in the espionage business today...Jack's 'take no prisoners' attitude is what is needed. Jason? He can't remember who he is...he is no help!
Yes, we have Jack's and Jason's and James' in real life and we would be better off letting them take care of the heads of some of the countries we are losing children in....
Jason Bourne was an American assasin who is fighting the merican govt. who is trying to kill him. Compelling. James Bond is licensed to kill, and perenially saves the world from all sorts of evil. Jack Bauer saves the country from all sorts of evil.
I like 'em all, but ever being analytic, I have to go with James Bond. The world always needs saving. Compelling to me.
Ahem...heeeeeeeellloooooooooooo!!!!
(pick an appropriate 1st Sgt. heroic type photo and insert here)
Don't forget Jim Beam (black label)! Makes a great Manhattan. (And I just happen to have a Manhattan recipe right here... http://dadshouseblog.com/2008/10/09/manhattan-cocktail-recipe/ ) Ha!
Jason Bourne rocks, btw.
First choice...American 1st Sgt.
Second choice...and only my a little bit...
Captain James T. Kirk of the Starship Enterprise.......
I know he wasn't on your choice list, but he is on mine..
cwm: I have yet to watch 24...everyone says I would love it...maybe have to go the dvd route
Hammer: what is wrong with sean?
mateo: I can always count on you.
mel: I'm guessing you listen to a similar voice all the time....not that I am envious....smile.
DS: yeah..as far as the characters go...Bourne is my fave....not so much the movie Bourne...but the Ludlum Bourne.
Linda: yeah...the other guys are just someone else...
Dana: it is the ONLY Bond choice on this blog! smile.
Bond: oh...I guess there IS another Bond on my blog...
Jason Bourne? the movies...Bourne Identity....Bourne Supremacy...Bourne Ultimatum. The books by Robert Ludlum???
Monty: a logical answer...well done.
1st Sgt. like this????You're not a JB are you?
David: I KNEW someone would come up with Jim Beam. (and of course you'd link back!)
Teamster: what is the difference between a Staff Sgt and a 1st Sgt?
JTK?
blech.
JLP?
oh yeah.....
I'm not very familiar with the Jack guy but it is kind of odd that they all have JB names.
Any one of those actors could eat crackers in my bed. Probably about all they could do really, with Andy there asking for autographs.
He doesn't have a JB name, although he does have a J first name. John McClane...fighting it out with whatever comes to hand and one of the best tag lines ever. Yippee-ki-yay!
Of these 3 you have listed, I would pick the book version of Jason Bourne.
No contest, Bond. But I am with Travis, if we are talking book versions then Bourne.
And when I say Bond I do of course mean Sean =)
Marilyn: Andy, Jack, Jason, James,...and you....in bed....hmmm.
Triscuits? Ritz? Saltines?
Travis: oh! John McClane! I forget about him....
Star: yes the Ludlum Bourne for sure....you are a traditionalist...smile.
