photo hunting ~ purple

Wisteria has a very special place in my heart. It only blooms for a few weeks each year. In the winter it seems to go dormant and the endlessly entwined branches are nature’s art at it’s finest.

Amazing Gracie said...: Knott's Berry Farm used to have Wisteria hanging on trellises that seemed to me a full block long. The scent would catch in the air and was heady! I always think of that magical arbor every time I see Wisteria!
