William Charles
I held you when you were born.
I held your hand when you died.
I hold you in my heart forever.
brother, tagalong, friend, cohort, confidant
I cannot believe it has been twenty-five years.
Geez Billy, you were such an uber geek.

Your brother was one very handsome looking man - even though he obviously fit very well into the 80's!

What a lovely tribute.

Ah ---this we share.

I am so sorry you lost your brother--losing a sibling--it's just so---I can't think of a word that's adequate.

This is a lovely memorial.

Dear Katherine, I lost a brother 7 years ago in a car wreck, and a sister in a car wreck 28 years ago when I was 13. It is so devestating to lose a sibling. You have a lovely memorial for him, and He was a very handsome man. love nita

I'm so very sorry for your loss of Billy, who looked so angelic. (And handsome. All that flexing and primping paid off.)

This is a lovely tribute. You know, of course, that your memories will keep him alive forever, even though they are tinged with pain.

Thank you for sharing him with us.

Touching. I have lost a brother too (2005). 1982. The year my son was born, 1982. Full circle. Have you seen my friend Raymond in Santa Cruz? Very noticeable: rotund, 81, long beard, eccentric, looks like Tolstoy or Whitman.

He loved cake and he was handsome? What an excellent combination. The pictures you have posted are lovely. =)

What a wonderful tribute to your brother. You must have been very close for you to be able to call him an uber geek.

He was a handsome fellow. The older pics remind me of that guy from Greatest American Hero!

I'm sorry about your brother.

My older brother passed away in 2001, at the age of 41. I'm now older than he ever got to be.

It was hard trying to get on in a world without him in it. It still is sometimes.
